Welcome to BrickTrack, a product of HastRadar. By downloading, installing, or using the BrickTrack Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
BrickTrack provides tools for tracking house construction budgets, material logs, contractor milestone payments, generating PDF financial reports, and scanning expense receipts.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
BrickTrack offers free starter features as well as premium Pro features (including unlimited expense logging and PDF report exports) available via Google Play Billing:
- Subscriptions (Monthly / Annual): Renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Lifetime Pass: Granted as a one-time purchase managed by Google Play Billing.
- Refunds: All purchase transactions and refunds are governed strictly by the Google Play Refund Policy.
3. Use Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
BrickTrack is provided as an estimation and record-keeping tool. While we strive for accuracy in AI receipt parsing and calculations, site costs depend on third-party contractor inputs and market prices. BrickTrack is not liable for structural engineering errors, financial variances, or disputes with third-party contractors.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your own backup files (via local exports or optional Google Drive backup) and verifying expense entries entered into the application.
5. Intellectual Property
All software design, logos, trademarks, and source code of BrickTrack belong to HastRadar. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the application without express written authorization.
