1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CondiScan AI (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use or install the Application.
2. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT NOTICE: CondiScan AI provides educational dietary information, additive categorization (e.g. INS / E-numbers, NOVA 4 classification), and rule-based health guidance derived from published public literature (WHO, ICMR, EFSA, FDA, ADA, AHA). The Application does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend drug therapies, or replace clinical advice from licensed physicians, certified dietitians, or pediatricians. Always verify dietary safety with a healthcare professional before altering treatment regimens or administering foods to individuals with severe food allergies.
3. Permitted License and Use
Hastradar Consultancy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CondiScan AI on your compatible Android device for personal, household, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. On-Device Privacy Architecture
CondiScan AI operates entirely on-device without remote servers or cloud accounts. You acknowledge that:
- Your health profiles and scan records are stored strictly in your local device SQLite sandbox.
- You are solely responsible for securing your mobile device and managing local application backups.
- Hastradar does not possess copies of your personal dietary records or camera captures.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including its algorithms, scoring index formulas, UI design, Reticle and Laser Viewfinder animations, logos, and software code, are the intellectual property of Hastradar Consultancy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hastradar Consultancy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application, OCR accuracy discrepancies, or nutritional choices made based on the Application’s scores.
