Account & Data Deletion Policy
Your Right to Complete Erasure: In accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), you have complete autonomy to request the total erasure of your account, business profile, and all associated caller transcripts.
1. How to Delete Your Account from Within the App (Instant)
You can permanently delete your Kall AI account and all stored data directly inside the mobile application:
- Open the Kall AI: Phone Assistant app on your Android smartphone.
- Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Account & Security.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account & All Data".
- Review the confirmation dialog and confirm. Your Firebase authentication token, Firestore business profile, and all call transcripts will be erased immediately.

2. Web-Based Account & Data Deletion Request Form
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your phone, you may submit an official deletion request using the secure web form below:

Your data erasure request has been recorded. Our data protection team will verify your registered phone credentials and execute complete permanent erasure across Firestore and Google Cloud backups within 48 hours. A confirmation email will be dispatched once complete.
3. What Data Is Permanently Deleted
- Account Credentials: Firebase Auth UID, phone authentication tokens, and profile identifiers.
- All Call Logs & Transcripts: Complete text transcripts of incoming caller dialogue, intent tags, orders, and appointment slots.
- Business Grounding Profile: Operating hours, service catalog, product prices, clinic schedules, and custom FAQ prompts.
- Push Notification Registrations: FCM device tokens unlinked and revoked.
4. What Data Is Retained (Statutory Exceptions)
In strict compliance with Indian law (DPDPA 2023 and Department of Telecommunications statutory guidelines), immutable compliance audit logs recording that the statutory AI disclosure was spoken aloud are maintained for thirty (30) days solely for legal regulatory audits. These records contain zero call content and are purged after the mandatory statutory window.
